Solid idea. You could definitely continue this into a full game. I feel like those food circles are too far apart. I loved that they need multiple hits. I felt accomplished when I finally managed to finish one. Maybe add some bonus for managing that. Good game.
Maybe consider to add a fali condition. Like rocks what you have to avoid while try to eat that red circles. That not much work but improve a lot. Wihout fail possible fail that not a game but a toy. But owerall i understand the your core concept and thats not bad. Just give that little game some more love and it will shine. :)

I'm not sure how to play... I am clicking space and nothing happens...
